Residential Property Report: $59.95 (up to 20 permits $1 per permit thereafter)
Commercial Property Report: $79.95 (up to 35 permits, $1 per permit thereafter)

*Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Permits are optional on both reports.*

Certificate of Occupancy Report only: $30
Sewer Report only: $30
Zoning Report only: $30
Geo/Soils Report only: $35 plus $2.00 per page printed

Add-on Services to Permit Reports (Los Angeles City only)
Rush Order: $40 (must be ordered by 10:00am for same day delivery) plus cost of Permit Report
Geo/Soils Report: $25 plus copy costs ($2.00 per page printed) plus cost of Permit Report
Zoning Report: $10 plus cost of Permit Report
Sewer Report: $10 plus cost of Permit Report

Violations of Record
Violation of Records Search: $25 - report only discloses whether or not a violation is closed or opened
Violation of Records Search and Copies of Violations: $35 plus $2.00 per page printed
